1 teaspoon cumin seeds

2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Dabeli masala powder (available at Indian grocery stores)

8 pav buns or burger buns
Dabeli masala powder, for sprinkling
Tamarind chutney
Garlic chutney
Freshly chopped coriander leaves
Sev (crunchy Indian snack)

Instructions:

1.Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then, add the cumin seeds and sauté for a few seconds until aromatic.

2.Add the finely chopped onion to the pan and cook until translucent.

3.Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.

4.Add the mashed potatoes to the pan and mix well. Cook for a couple of minutes.

5.Add the Dabeli masala powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
